grjj:王冰,博士、中科院上海药物研究所副研究员、硕士生导师。曾先后在上海市中药研究所、上海中医药大学从事科研及教学工作,2013年在香港科技大学詹华强教授课题组访学,2018年7月加入上海药物研究所制剂研究中心黄永焯课题组。近年,基于消化道炎症免疫微环境,以抗炎及修复免疫屏障为治疗目标,构建了多种中药调控巨噬细胞发挥消化道溃疡治疗作用的新型递送系统。近5年先后在J Control Release、Acta Pharm Sin B、Int J Nanomed、Expert Opin Drug Del等国外期刊发表通讯、共同通讯SCI论文40余篇。参编教材及专著3部。获得授权专利8项。主持及参与国家自然基金、中科院、上海市科委等科研项目10余项。培养及联合培养研究生30余名,部分学生获得国家奖学金或上海市优秀毕业生称号。

kycg:1. 利用炎性巨噬细胞靶向策略,构建新型纳米靶向递送载体,主动调控炎症免疫微环境,显著提高IBD的治疗效果,揭示了主动靶向调控炎性巨噬细胞的分子机制。

2. 利用现代制剂技术解决油性中药固体化难点,构建了适用于广藿香油、鸦胆子油的固体化、稳定化兼顾的一步化制剂技术,为研发IBD治疗的创新中药提供了关键技术。
