个人简介

李进伟, 男, 汉族，食品学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事食用油脂加工与安全营养、功能性食品方面研究。近5年主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑子项目、粮食公益项目、江苏省苏北科技专项计划等国家和省部级项目7项。至今发表学术论文100余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇，参编著作1部，获得授权发明专利10余项。研究成果获教育部科技进步二等奖1项，中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖2项。目前为Food Control, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate Polymers, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等6个国内外期刊的审稿人。
