主讲课程《食品化学》、《食品营养学》、《食品分析》
研究领域及方向
主要研究方向为:食品中重金属的检测,土壤-粮食元素迁移规律研究,食品质量安全检测分析,现阶段主要围绕国家粮食行业重大需求,以粮食质量安全为向导,开展研究重金属抗体制备与快速检测技术的研究,重金属的提取与毒素的快速检测技术等研究,实现粮食收储运过程的质量安全把控。
