主讲《生物化学》、《食品分析》和《植物蛋白质工程》3门课程,主持江苏省在线开放课程《生物化学》。
研究领域及方向:
主要研究领域粮食资源高值化利用。重点针对粮食中蛋白质资源,采用生物酶等方法开发功能性蛋白质、生物活性肽及相关生物材料。
