教学工作：
主讲本科生课程《食品工厂设计》、《食品营养学》、《物理化学》课程，主持教改课题1项，发表教研论文3 篇。
研究领域及方向：
主要研究为食品安全检测、生物传感器的开发和应用。目前开展的工作主要为：新型电化学细胞传感器的构建、食品过敏原蛋白检测、粮食中重金属等有害物快速检测和毒性评价、以及天然产物抗氧化功能评价等。
