个人简介
2008年毕业于厦门大学生物医学专业获理学博士学位，2017-2018年国家公派至美国国立卫生研究院任客座研究员。“湖湘青年英才”计划支持人选，树人****青年****。湖南省营养学会理事会理事，全国食品生产许可证审查员。

研究方向简介
主要从事以稻谷及其加工副产物中来源的活性物质为基础的相关研究，重点评估抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等活性物质的作用机制及分子机理，在国家自然科学基金、湖南省科研条件创新专项、湖南省农业成果转化项目、湖南省自然科学基金等10余项科研课题资助下，从体外具有生物活性的效应物筛选，到细胞分子水平抗氧化、抗炎等功能的调控，再到作用机理及关键靶点的鉴定及功能分析等方面开展系列研究。
