陈燕妮，女，博士研究生，硕士生导师，博士毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业。主要研究方向有：食品中小分子危害物的检测；单克隆抗体识别性与小分子药物结构的关系；新型检测传感器的研发。以第一作者发表SCI论文7篇，其中一区3篇，授权发明专利4项。近五年，参与多项国家级、省部级科研项目，主持一项省教育厅项目，参与编写英文出版物一部。
