董界，男，1989年生，硕士生导师，博士/博士后。2012年获得中南大学本科学位。2017年毕业于中南大学药物化学系，获博士学位。2018年3月以Ⅰ类博士引进并就职于中南林业科技大学食品学院，2019年5月获批澳门大学“濠江博士后”计划。
近年来主要从事化学信息学，药物设计方法和食品化学等领域内相关问题研究。擅长于利用交叉学科知识进行方法学探索，开发基于人工智能的计算平台，数据库和工具。发表SCI论文23篇，其中第一作者或共同第一作者10篇，其中7篇发表于领域内TOP期刊Journal of Cheminformatics，Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling和Briefingsin Bioinformatics，单篇最高影响因子9.101。所发表计算平台获得超过10万次研究使用记录，担任Journal of Cheminformatics, Bioinformatics等杂志审稿人。目前，研究成果获批7个软件著作权。在此研究基础上，申请并主持湖南省自然科学基金和校级人才引进项目各1项，参与国家重点研发计划1项，参与多项国家自然科学基金。
研究方向：
1.系统生物学和药物发现过程中软件、Web服务及数据库的开发；
2.基于人工智能系统和系统药理学的计算机辅助分子设计研究；
3.食品科学中数据库、工具开发及重要终点预测；
4.食品小分子的作用靶点和可能的作用机制研究。

2.主持中南林业科技大学人才引进项目：基于化学信息学方法的食品小分子靶点研究；

4.参与国家自然科学基金：基于多尺度系统生物学-副作用相互作用网络预测研究；
5.参与国家自然科学基金：高亲和选择素的新型分子探针的构建及其诊疗类风湿关节炎的实验研究；
6.参与国家自然科学基金：丹磺酰分子影像探针的构建及其在细胞凋亡成像中的应用。
