张勇刚,教授,博士生导师,现任海洋运载器导航设备研究所副所长。黑龙江省“导航、制导与控制”领军人才梯队后备带头人,中国惯性技术学会理事、哈尔滨惯性技术学会秘书长、中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员,IEEE Senior Member。长期从事导航器件及算法、信号处理、信息融合方向研究,承担国家自然科学基金、国防预先研究项目、国防装备研制项目等十余项。发表论文120余篇,其中SCI检索论文60余篇(一区及二区论文40余篇),EI检索论文120余篇,获得授权发明专利14项,获得省部级二等以上科技奖励5项,包括国防技术发明一等奖1项,教育部技术发明二等奖1项,黑龙江省技术发明一等奖1项,吴文俊人工智能科技进步二等奖1项,黑龙江省自然科学二等奖1项。
