个人简介：2020年获英国拉夫堡大学金融学博士学位。主要研究方向为劳动市场对公司金融的影响，论文在金融管理学会年会(FMA)、澳洲金融与银行会议(AFBC)等国际学术会议宣讲，并获得英国会计与金融学会(BAFA)公司金融与资产定价会议博士奖学金。
