研究方向
微生物功能基因与蛋白质工程:主要研究兴趣在以下2个方面:(1)深度挖掘极端微生物中独特的基因资源,研究蛋白质结构与功能之间的关系;(2)采用合成生物学与代谢工程构建高效降解有毒有害污染物的超级工程菌,解决日益严重的环境污染问题,达到资源化、减量化和增值化的目的。
