? 以项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、国家海洋经济创新发展区域示范专项、广东省科技计划、广东省海洋渔业科技推广专项、广州市科技计划、国际合作等项目20余项;重点开展凡纳滨对虾、斑节对虾、加州鲈、卵形鲳鲹等的营养与免疫、营养与代谢、功能性发酵饲料开发等的研究;目前主要进行营养免疫因子基因功能多态性分析研究;以第一及通讯作者在British Journal of Nutrition, Frontiers in Physiology, Fish and Shellfish Immunology, Aquaculture等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文60余篇;授权发明专利4项;
