姚闽娜，女，工学博士、硕士生导师，福建农林大学副教授，国家精品在线开放课程负责人，校教师教学培训师，福建营养学会理事。主要承担《食品营养学》、《营养与健康讲座》、《食品生物化学》等教学任务。主要从事食品营养与化学，食品质量与安全、天然产物构效关系方面的研究。2018年荣获福建农林大学“严家显最高奖教金”，2018年荣获教育部在线教育研究中心“智慧教学之星”，2019年荣获福建省“向上向善育人工程”奖教金，2019年福建农林大学优秀教师。
近年来主持完成国家基金青年基金项目1项、福建省科技厅重点项目1项、福建省自然科学基金项目1项，参与多项国家基金课题和省级课题的研究，发表科研论文十余篇。主持教育部产学合作教改项目1项，国家精品在线开放课程1项，省级在线开放课程2门。

1996.09-2000.06 中国地质大学（武汉）工业分析专业，工学学士学位；
2000.09-2003.06 厦门大学化学系分析化学专业，理学硕士学位；
2007.09-2010.12 福建农林大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业，获工学博士学位；
2012.07-2012.12 国际原子能机构（IAEA）免费专家服务半年。
2003.07至今 福建农林大学食品科学学院，讲师，副教授，硕士生导师

3、天然产物构效关系
硕士生招生专业：
每年招收1~2名食品科学、农产品加工及贮藏工程专业的研究生，优先招收有较好英语基础的学生。
