一、个人简介
胡嘉淼，男，副教授、博士、硕士生导师。
2016年6月毕业于英国华威大学（University of Warwick）医学科学专业。获得博士学位后，于澳门大学(University of Macau)从事博士后研究。
入职福建农林大学以来，先后获评福建省引进高层次人才(境外C类)等省级人才称号，并被授予福建省食品工业协会食品行业社会服务先进科技工作者荣誉称号；近5年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，省级课题2项、Global Challenges Research Fund资助项目1项及全国农业教指委教改项目1项等科研教学项目；以第一作者、通讯作者身份发表高水平科研论文20篇（TOP期刊8篇、中文卓越期刊1篇），其中一篇代表作获第十四届福建省自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖。以第一发明人授权国家发明专利1项。
