The paper sets foot on current situation of Chinese engineering talents cultivation and management,analyses the emerging new features and problems in the process of cultivating reformation,and brings forward an improvement on talent cultivation pattern based on informationization system and work flow.Bring the data processing and interactive teaching into the cultivation pattern.The project has put into effect and achieved a prominent result.
