摘要为了获取工程项目成员间的真实沟通关系,排除基于问卷调研等传统方法所获取数据中包含的主观判断影响,该文以某工程项目为案例,基于邮件数据通过语义标注来识别成员间的沟通关系。在此基础上,构建并对比不同议题的沟通网络模型,讨论组织沟通匹配度与采购迟延的关系,最后通过专家回访对模型进行验证。结果表明:组织成员决策权力、相关经验和实际沟通表现之间的匹配情况与采购延迟之间具有明显联系;基于语义标注的沟通网络模型较基于传统调研的模型在识别信息丢失问题上具有一定优势。 | |||

Abstract:The actual communication relationships among construction project members are identified from data extracted from the e-mail base of an actual construction project with semantic labeling which excludes the impact of subjectivity in questionnaires used in existing studies. The data is used to build social network analysis models for different issues to analyse the relationships between the organization-fit and equipment procurement delays with the models verified by experts from the project. The results show that the decision power, experience and communication abilities of the members all affect equipment procurement delays. This communication network model developed using semantic labeling can identify communication network information missed in subjective evaluations. | |||
