摘要水电开发项目包括一系列的利益相关方, 其中业主的作用贯穿水电项目整个生命周期, 在集成和管理各利益相关方的资源中占有重要地位。该文从业主的角度出发对水电开发项目的利益相关方合作管理进行研究。基于实地调研结果, 通过排序、相关性分析和社会网络分析揭示了利益相关方合作的重要性和表现情况、组织间联系的表现情况、利益相关方合作与组织间联系的相关性、以及组织间联系的社会网络关系。研究结果可用于指导水电开发企业通过加强组织间联系, 结合不同利益相关方角色来有效进行利益相关方合作管理。

Abstract:There are various stakeholders in hydropower development projects, among which the owners play a key role in managing all the resources involving the stakeholders during the hydropower project lifecycle. This study focuses on the stakeholder cooperation management in hydropower development projects from the perspective of the owners. Ranking, correlation analysis and social network analysis showed the importance of stakeholder cooperation management, inter-organizational linking and the social network relationships of the stakeholders. The results provide guidance for owners to enhance inter-organizational linking and improve stakeholder cooperation management according to different roles.
