摘要: 真诚作为人际交往的基础, 在工作互动中十分重要。不真诚不仅会给员工造成巨大的压力, 同时也会给企业带来直接或间接的经济损失。管理****近年来逐渐意识到这个问题的严重性, 并越来越重视对于真诚的研究。现有研究主要是从基于自我的视角将真诚当作个体特征, 探讨个体真诚对其领导效能和心理健康的影响。然而, 真诚的本质内涵中包含着人际的取向。因此, 为了探讨真诚作为一种人际特征如何影响同事互动, 本研究从社会关系视角提出人际真诚的概念, 也就是说即使同一个人在不同人际互动中所展现的真诚可能在程度和性质上都有所不同。在此基础上, 结合以往的研究和理论分析和澄清人际真诚如何作用于员工的同事互动, 并进一步揭示人际真诚怎样影响其团队地位。
