研究概述
ResearchDescription本实验室的研究主题包含生物学和质谱技术两部分,二者相辅相成,共同发展。在生物学研究方面,我们以线虫为模式生物研究衰老过程及其调控机制。我们对线虫自然衰老过程中亚细胞器(如线粒体)和分子水平(转录组和蛋白质组)的变化进行分析,比较长寿突变体线虫与野生型线虫之间有何不同。在衰老的调节机制的研究中,我们主要关注胰岛素信号通路。在质谱方面,我们致力于基于质谱的蛋白质组学技术的应用与开发,主要包括肽序列从头测序的算法开发、基于电子转移解离(ETD)谱图的高效蛋白质鉴定技术、和通过鉴定交联肽段来研究蛋白-蛋白相互作用的方法。实验室目前共拥有三台质谱仪,包括一台装备了ETD的LTQ-Orbitrap,一台HCTultraPTM,以及一台TSQDiscovery。发表文章SelectedPublications:1Tie-MeiLi,JieChen,XiangkeLi,Xiao-JunDing,YaoWu,Li-FengZhao,SheChen,XiaoguangLei*,andMeng-QiuDong*.(2013)AbsoluteQuantificationofaSteroidHormonethatRegulatesDevelopmentinCaenorhabditiselegansAnal.Chem.,85(19),pp9281–9287*correspondingauthors.
