感谢你打开我组网页,并对我们的工作感兴趣。我们研究兴趣主要集中在烯烃聚合催化剂的设计合成和工艺研究,涉及工作内容包括:有机杂原子化合物的合成、金属配合物制备、均相催化、均相催化剂的负载、烯烃聚合,以及所得聚烯烃结构和性能的分析。
课题组主要承担了科技部863课题、科学院方向性创新项目、国家自然科学基金委与中国石化和中国石油专题课题,还有中日、中俄、中法、中英、中德、中美以及金砖五国合作交流研究项目等。实验室具备比较完善的实验设备和良好的研究条件,成为国际化的研究群体,并有四分之一的外国研究人员或留学生。自1999年10月课题组成立以来,全体成员共同努力集中开展了前、后过渡金属配合物催化剂设计合成和催化聚合工艺研究,获得了良好的研究积累和突破,累计发表SCI论文四百五十余篇,获得授权国内外发明专利七十六件。得到了同行的认可,论文引用SCI引用壹万两仟余次,H因子60。引导青年同事的人文知识培养,推荐走进博物馆与北京周边名园名校,享受自然与历史景观;夯实专业知识与能力,实验室秉承"植根于化学、成长于化学、获益于化学"的理念,充分发挥自身研究天赋,为社会进步和人民生活改善持续努力!
课题组持续接收兄弟院校合作培养硕士与博士研究生,为年轻人提供研究与提升平台。与此同时,利用联合研究条件招收博士后研究人员并给予丰厚的待遇。

研究领域

基于烯烃聚合催化剂和催化机理,开展金属有机化学的基础和应用研究。主要开展配合物型催化剂的设计、合成和催化机理研究,力图发现新颖、高效聚烯烃催化剂,分离催化中间体,解释不同催化剂差异的结构基础和催化机理,为国家聚烯烃工业催化剂的开发铺路。

基于国家聚烯烃产业的巨大需求,利用课题组基础研究结果,与国内外聚烯烃研发机构合作,推动催化剂应用研究,在高分子量聚乙烯、高支化线性聚乙烯,以及含极性单体聚乙烯等新型聚乙烯材料实用催化剂和催化工艺开发中有所贡献。强化环烯烃聚合和共聚催化工艺研究,提高材料的实用性和性能。

基于配位催化的理念和Ziegler-Natta催化中内(外)给电子体的作用,设计合成给电子体有机化合物,应用于提高运行中Ziegler-Natta催化剂的效率,改善聚烯烃树脂的结构和性能。

为了解决我国化工基础原料α-烯烃生产的关键问题,课题组数年来,努力设计合成新型乙烯齐聚催化剂,为工业研究院提供基础研究支撑,配合工业研究院的研究和中试放大。

开展双金属配合物的设计与合成,用于新型烯烃聚合催化剂开发研究;探询两个烯烃聚合催化剂复合时动力学和热力学吻合的催化条件和体系,推动聚烯烃基础和应用发展。
