专业研究方向领域
本课题组主要从事神经药理学、神经分子生物学、中药药理学、神经系统疾患及炎症相关疾患的创新药物开发及机理研究。主要研究内容包括:
1、抗神经退行性疾病(PD/AD)创新药物研发及机制分析;
2、抗脑缺血创新药物研发及机制研究;
3、基于CKLF1为靶点的创新药物研发及机制分析;
4、抗抑郁症创新药物研发及机制分析;
5、荧光可视化技术在神经精神系统药物研究中的应用;
6、天然产物及中药创新药物的发现及作用机制研究。
承担的课题
近年来课题组主持和参与的国内外科研项目60余项,其中国际合作项目2项,国家级科研项目35项,省部级科研项目14项,所院校级科研项目13项。包括主持国家自然基金委重点项目、联合基金重点项目、面上项目,国家科技部“十一五”,“十三五”新药创制重大专项,教育部博士点基金重点项目等课题,北京市自然基金委-重点项目;子课题主持或参与“十二五”国家科技攻关项目、国家科技部973项目、国家科技部863项目、国家自然基金委生物小分子重大项目、日本学术振兴会、日中医学会等科研项目的研究。主编和参与学术专著近20部,申请专利12项,授权专利3项,参与完成的项目曾获得中华医学科技奖二等奖(2010年和2012年各一项),及北京市科学技术奖二等奖(2011年)、三等奖(2012年)各一项。以通讯作者发表文章200余篇。
