个人简介
I have always had an interest in science, especially chemistry.
My PhD at the University of Sheffield, UK, researched homogeneous catalysis, focusing on mechanistic studies for both the Monsanto cycle and decarbonylative dehydration.
A significant part of my PhD was my role as a GTA (Graduate Teaching Assistant). This afforded me the opportunity to teach in undergraduate labs at Nanjing Tech University (NJTech).
For my extensive work as a GTA I obtained recognition as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
I joined the University of Nottingham Ningbo in 2018 as a Preliminary Year Tutor for Chemistry & Physics.
I also have an interest in educational research, specifically active recall and module design.
