个人简介
I joined UNNC in September 2013 and currently convene the MA module ‘Advanced English Discourse Skills’ and the NA module ‘Volunteer @ CAS’. I also advise PG and UG students on their academic literacy (with the ALDC) and am the FHSS Lead tutor for this service, which includes giving workshops and advising sessions on students’ academic English writing. As my background is in Applied Linguistics, genre analysis and Psychology and as I have interests in Media texts and International Relations, I really enjoy discussing with FHSS students about their essays and research.
One passion of mine is travelling and experiencing different cultures and I have previously taught EAP, business English, English for examinations and General English in various countries around the world (The U.K., China, The Sultanate of Oman, Vietnam, South Korea and Tunisia). In my spare time I indulge myself with my obsession of alternative therapies, herbal remedies, and essential oils.
