Abstract_Chinese:\r\r智能电网\r(\rsmart grid\r)\r将像互联网那样改变人们的生活和工作方式,并激励类似的变革.厘清智能电网的基本理念,对于科学地实施智能电网至关重要,这些理念已在笔者新近出版的《智能电网基本理念和关键技术》一书的第一篇中做了系统性的叙述\r. \r为读者能够花费尽可能少的时间了解核心理念,笔者在该书的前言基础上略做加工形成此文.这些理念包括:建设美丽中国需要高比例可再生的风能和太阳能发电;可再生能源应用的主流形式是分布式的,它在配电和发电领域中的影响具有颠覆性;智能电网的本质特征和总体设想;群集理念和智能分布式体系;智能电网的效益、挑战和研发\r(\rR&D\r)\r机遇;互联网与智能电网理念之间的关系等.\r\r

Abstract_English:\r\rLike the Internet\r,\rthe \rsmart grid\r(\rS\rG\r)\rwill change the way people live and work\r,\rand inspire \r“\rsimilar\r”\r changes\r.\rIt is vital to scientifically implement the SG to clarify its basic ideas\r.\rThese ideas have been systematically introduced in the first part of our newly published book\r,“\rBasic Ideas and Key Technologies of the Smart Grid\r”\r. To summarize the core ideas of the SG\r,\rthis article was based on the preface of the book\r.\rThese ideas include\r:\rresponding to \r“\rBeautiful China’s\r”\rneeds for renewable wind and solar power\r;\rmainstreaming distributed renew-able energy applications\r,\rthe impact of that on the fields of power distribution and power transmission is disruptive\r;\ressential characteris-tics and overall vision of the SG\r;\rthe cluster concept and the distributed intelligent infrastructure of the SG\r;\rthe benefits\r,\rchallenges\r,\rand opportunities for research and development\r(\rR&D\r)\rof the SG\r;\rthe relationship between the ideas of the Internet and those of the SG\r,\retc\r.\r\r
