Abstract_Chinese:论文主要对4块已使用57年的混凝土板梁和2块与既有板梁同尺寸、同配筋率的新浇板梁进行抗弯承载力试验研究.试验中对3块既有板梁和1块新板梁进行不同层数的CFRP加固, 另外两块板梁不加固.试验结果表明:既有RC板梁承载力降低主要由钢筋与混凝土黏结力下降和混凝土微损伤所致; CFRP加固能有效提高既有板梁的抗弯承载力性能, 粘贴1、2和3层时其承载力提高幅度分别为21.03% 、41.54% 和69.23% ; CFRP加固能有效抑制试验板梁裂缝的发展, 改善其破坏形态.试验结果与规范计算值对比分析表明:在钢筋锈蚀率不大于1.0% 的前提下, 现行规范和规程可应用于既有微损伤RC受弯构件的加固设计.
Abstract_English:Six RC plate girders of the same size and ratio of reinforcement were tested,including four RC plate girders that had been used for 57 years and two new ones. Three existing decks and a new one were reinforced by CFRP with different number of piles,and the other two that were left unreinforced acted as the contrast specimens. Test results show that the decrease in the flexural capacity of existing plate girders is due to the decline of the cohesion between reinforcement and concrete and the micro damage of concrete. The flexural behavior of existing plate girders can be improved effectively by CFRP. With the reinforcement by one,two and three layers,the flexural capacity of damaged decks are increased by 21.03%,41.54% and 69.23%,respectively. When reinforced,the mechanical performance of existing plate girders can be improved. CFRP can not only effectively restrain the cracking development of the specimen,but also increase its flexural rigidity. The comparison between test results and formula calculations indicates that the current reinforcement code and rules can be applied to the reinforcement design of existing micro damage RC flexural members on the premise that the corrosion rate of the steel bars is no more than 1.0% .
