Abstract_Chinese:针对落物撞击导致的海底管道塑性凹陷损伤, 采用天津大学深水压力舱进行外静水压力作用下的全尺寸管道压溃实验. 采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟实际管道压溃实验过程, 与实验结果进行了对比验证, 结果表明管件压溃压力模拟值与实验值较好吻合, 管件变形模态基本一致. 利用验证的有限元模型方法, 研究了不同凹陷几何参数、凹陷与椭圆度组合缺陷对管道压溃临界载荷的影响. 研究表明:随着凹陷几何尺寸和椭圆度的增大, 管件压溃压力随之减小, 且各缺陷对管件压溃压力的影响程度逐渐变小.椭圆度对小凹陷深度管件压溃压力的影响较大, 对大凹陷深度管件压溃压力的影响较小.研究结果对损伤管道剩余强度和安全评估具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract_English:Full-scale pipeline collapse tests under external hydrostatic pressure are carried out by using the deepwater pressure chamber of Tianjin University,aiming at studying the collapse pressure of submarine pipeline with plastic sunken damage caused by dropped object. The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the actual collapse test process,which is verified by comparing with the experimental outcomes. Results show that the simulation value of the collapse pressure is in good agreement with the test value,and that the deformation modes of the crushed pipe are basically the same. By using the validated finite element model method,the influences of the geometric parameters and the combination of the sag and ovality on the critical load of the pipe crushing are studied. Research suggests that the collapse pressure is reduced and the influence of the defects on the collapse pressure is gradually smaller with the increase of the geometric size and ovality. Meanwhile,ovality has a great influence on the collapse pressure of small depth tube but little effect on that of large depth pipe. The results have a certain reference value for the residual strength and safety assessment of the damaged pipeline.
