舱室通风管道系统数值模拟与风量分配

Abstract_Chinese:舱室环境需要保证较高的热舒适性, 其通风管道设计较一般房间的管道设计更为严苛.针对实际舱室, 参考通风管道设计规范, 进行通风管道设计, 并利用CFD数值模拟技术对管道内流场、管道沿程阻力以及各风口流量进行分析.依据管道数值模拟的研究, 采用标准k-ε 湍流模型和QUICK离散方式对通风管道进行数值模拟, 结果表明:整个管道流场速度云图和矢量图显示CFD预测较为合理; 在使用局部阻力装置后, 送风管道管网的不平衡率在15% 以下, 回风管道管网的不平衡率在10% 以下, 效果较好, 各个风口流量基本达到要求; CFD数值模拟可以用来辅助通风管道系统进行风量分配以达到调平的目的.
Abstract_English:Cabin environment needs to guarantee relatively higher thermal comfort,therefore ventilation ductwork design is more stringent than that of the general room. In this study,the ventilation ductwork for real cabin is designed to the ventilation ductwork design specifications,and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation technology is used to analyze the flow field in the ductwork,ductwork frictional resistance and the flow of air supply at various outlets. Based on the study of ventilation ductwork numerical simulation,the standard k-ε turbulence model and the QUICK discrete method are employed to proceed numerical simulation. Results show that the CFD prediction is reasonable according to velocity contours and vector graphs of ductwork flow field. After using the local resistance device,the air supply ductwork imbalance rate is below 15% and return air ductwork imbalance rate is below 10%,which means the flow regulation result is good. In addition,the flow of air supply at various outlets can basically meet the requirements. The study proves that CFD numerical simulation can be used to assist air volume distribution for ventilation ductwork to achieve leveling air volume distribution.
