Abstract_Chinese:为提高配网设备利用效率及各级网络供电协调性, 对全电压等级序列配电系统供电能力以及上、下级电网供电匹配性进行了分析与研究.首先, 定义了衡量高、中压配网供电能力悬殊程度的供电匹配度系列指标, 并以此为依据, 给出了供电瓶颈分析判据.其次, 根据高压配电网网架结构和网源供电关系, 构建了基于网源约束的高压配网供电能力分析模型, 然后应用遗传算法和单纯形法的混合算法对模型进行求解.在此基础上, 结合现有中压配网供电能力计算方法, 通过供电阻塞分析, 求取配电系统全局供电能力.最后, 通过实际算例分析, 验证了本方法的有效性和实用性.
Abstract_English:In order to improve the utilization efficiency of distribution network equipment and the supply coordination between multi-voltage networks,this paper studies the load supply capability(LSC)of all voltage grade sequences and power supply compatibility for bi-level power system. Firstly,the concept of power supply compatibility index is defined to measure the difference state of LSC between high-voltage(HV)and medium-voltage(MV)distribution networks,and taking the index as the base the identification criterion of power supply bottleneck is put forward. Secondly,based on the frame structure of HV distribution network and supply relations of power source,a model for analyzing LSC of HV distribution network is built with the network-source constraints,and the built model is solved by hybrid algorithm combining genetic algorithm with simplex algorithm. The existing model for calculating LSC of MV distribution network and power supply congestion analysis are employed to calculate the LSC of comprehensive distribution network. Finally,the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by results of calculation example.
