Abstract_Chinese:以北京新机场直径为1 500 mm的大尺寸经防火保护后的建筑隔震橡胶支座为耐火试验和数值模拟研究对象.按照GB9978.1—2008建筑构件耐火试验方法第1部分中通用要求的规定进行3 h耐火试验, 并利用ABAQUS对经防火保护建筑隔震橡胶支座进行了有限元热分析, 并将耐火试验和数值模拟进行对比分析.结果表明:经过防火保护的建筑隔震橡胶支座的耐火极限大于3 h, 满足GB50016—2014建筑设计防火规范柱的耐火等级一级的要求, 且满足耐火要求同时保证支座可自由水平位移150 mm; 通过数值分析和耐火试验结果的对比, 表明数值模拟热分析能够很好地计算隔震橡胶支座的热物理场; 本文数值模型可用于后续不同尺寸以及不同防火保护方法数值模拟分析, 节省时间和试验成本..
Abstract_English:In this paper, fire response of the fire protected seismic rubber bearings with a large diameter of 1 500 mm in the new airport of Beijing was analyzed by fire test and numerical simulation. The test was carried out according to GB9978.1—2008 fire resistance test method and lasted for three hours. The seismic rubber bearings with fire protection were analyzed by ABAQUS finite element thermal analysis method. The results of fire resistance test and numerical simulation were compared. The results show that fire resistance limit of the seismic rubber bearings with fire protection is longer than three hours. The fire resistance limit meets the requirements of the GB50016—2014 code for fire protection design of buildings. And the system of fire protection allows a free movement of 150 mm of the bearings. The comparisons between numerical results and those of fire test show that the numerical simulation of thermal analysis can well analyze the thermo-physical field of the seismic rubber bearings. The numerical model in this paper can be used for subsequent numerical simulation analysis of different sizes and different fire protection methods, and save time and costs of tests.
