刘芳,女,1963年生,二级教授,博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴的专家,现为西安电子科技大学智能感知与图像理解教育部“****支持计划”创新团队和国家“111”创新引智基地和国际智能感知与计算研究中心学术带头人。

Introduction
Fang Liu was born in 1963. She is the Full Professor in School of Artificial Intelligence at Xidian University, Xi'an, China. Currently, she is employed as the academic leader ofXidian University and National "111" Innovation Base of the programs of Introducting Talents of Discipline to Universities. Pro. Liu is Senior Member ofIEEE, Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), and the professional committee of artificial intelligence and pattern recognition of Computer Society in Shaanxi Province. So far, she has undertaken and completed more than 20 national research tasks. In 1998,she obtained the second prize of the ShaanxiProvincialScience and Technolgy Progress Award. In 1999, she obtained the scond prize ofthe scientific and technological progress award from the Ministry of Education of China.In 2004, she was awarded as theShaanxi Provincialinnovation expert.In 2008, she obtained the first prize of theShaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award. In 2009, she obtained the first prize of Natural Science award from the Ministry of Education of China, the first prize of the Xi'an Science and Technology Award and the first prize ofthe Shaanxi College of Science and Technology Award, and so on.
