葡萄酒生境下的酵母代谢;葡萄酒及果酒的工艺质量控制。
2. 教学工作
主要承担《葡萄与葡萄酒专业外语》、《葡萄酒工艺学》课程。主讲《葡萄酒工艺学》在中国大学生MOOC平台顺利上线。参与承担《葡萄酒微生物学》、《葡萄酒工艺学实验》、《葡萄酒后期管理》、《高级微生物学》、《葡萄酒学进展》等课程的教学。
