个人简介

张建军,男,山东济宁人。2016年于山东农业大学微生物学专业获得理学博士学位,2016年9月进入山东农业大学微生物学系工作,主要从事食药用真菌多糖构效与量效关系、微量元素富集与转化、食用菌菌种选育、食药用真菌多样性的研究。先后参加“对发展中国家科技援助专项”、“山东省食用菌产业体系创新团队项目”等多项科研课题。在《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine》等国内外著名学术刊物上发表论文多篇。

教学工作

承担本科生《普通微生物学》、《微生物学实验技术》、《食用菌生产技术》等课程的教学工作。

研究方向

1. 食药用真菌多糖构效与量效关系、微量元素富集与转化、食用菌菌种选育、食药用真菌多样性的研究。

科研项目

对发展中国家科技援助专项《花菇新菌种及配套栽培技术》,参与;
山东省食用菌产业体系创新团队项目(SDAIT-07-05),参与。
