个人简介

博士、教授、博士生导师、山东省遗传学会理事。1994年和1997年先后在山东农业大学获得学士和硕士学位;2005年7月毕业于中国农业大学植物生理学与生物化学国家重点实验室,获理学博士学位;2006年7月到山东农业大学生命科学学院工作,加入作物生物学国家重点实验室作物发育分子生物学研究团队。主要从事植物发育分子生物学与植物细胞信号转导的研究,研究方向是植物传粉过程中花粉(管)和雌蕊组织相互识别的分子机理。近年来承担和参与多项科技部国家重大科学研究计划课题和国家自然科学基金课题,以第一作者或通讯作者在PLoS Genetics、Plant Physiology、Plant Cell and Environment、Journal of Experimental Botany等杂志发表文章多篇。

教学工作

为本科生讲授《植物学》、《生物科学基础实验(植物生产类)》和《生物科学基础实验(植物分类)》、为研究生开设《植物细胞与组织学研究方法》等课程。参编面向二十一世纪教材《植物学》(农业出版社,2014)。主持建设“植物学课程”教学网站。

研究方向

植物雌、雄配子体发育及其在传粉过程中相互识别的分子机理。植物雌、雄配子体发育以及传粉的效率和质量直接与种子和果实的发育、作物产量的形成相关。在国家重大科学研究计划和国家自然科学基金项目支持下,以拟南芥和玉米为主要研究材料,利用细胞生物学、遗传学和分子生物学的方法,研究花粉、胚囊发育,以及传粉过程中花粉(管)与雌蕊组织互作调节花粉管导向胚珠生长的分子机制。为提高粮食作物传粉效率和产量、创新作物种质材料提供理论基础。
