基础研究：肠道微生态影响PD-1单抗在包括恶性黑色素瘤在内的实体瘤的免疫治疗。我们的研究团队聚焦炎性肠病和结直肠癌粘膜免疫紊乱的研究。我们团队早先的研究发现阿司匹林通过干预IL-6/STAT3/SOCS3信号通路在肠炎相关肠癌中发挥作用。近年来团队聚焦炎症和癌症的关系研究，尤其慢性肠炎相关肠癌的研究。评估谷氨酰胺、膳食纤维和改善肠道菌群在肠炎相关肠癌中的作用，并通过抗炎作用最终达到延缓和治疗炎性癌变。
临床研究：为实体瘤患者提供最好的治疗策略，并根据AJCC分期和NCCN指南筛选病人，为病情需要的患者提供适合的临床试验。
Basic research: Gut microbiome influencesefficacy of PD-1-based immunotherapy against solid tumors including melanoma.Mainly focusing on the mucosal immune disorders in the pathogenesis ofinflammatory bowel disease and the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer. Theeffects of aspirin on aberrant IL-6/STAT3/SOCS3 signaling pathway incolitis-associated colorectal cancer (CAC) have been explored in our work inrecent years. Focusing on the aberrant signaling pathway existed in bothinflammatory bowel disease and inflammation-related gastrointestinal cancers,especially CAC. Evaluating the possibility of oral glutamine, SCFAS, andintestinal bacteria on the development of CAC, and explore the chemopreventionmechanisms of anti-inflammation agents on the tumorigenesis.
Clinicalresearch: Provide the optimal treatment strategyfor patients with solid tumors. According the 7^th edition of theAJCC staging system and the clinical presentation of the patient, we evaluatedthe clinical staging, and provide the optimal adjuvant treatment. Whenappropriate, patients should preferentially be included in a clinical trialover standard or accepted therapy.
