制药企业管理具有一般企业管理的通性，又有制药行业十分特殊的管理要求。制药企业在产品研究、生产、物流、营销等各个环节都受到药品科研生产经营相关的法律法规的严格制约。国家对制药行业从业人员和管理人员有比较高的专业要求。本课程的内容包括介绍制药企业的组织方式以及科研、生产、物流、营销的管理模式。同时着重介绍GMP、GSP对制药企业管理的要求，以及在制药企业管理的运用。
