本课程系统介绍项目计划与控制的原理、过程和方法。重点介绍在项目组织过程中处理项目计划与控制问题的分析方法和其它工具及提供相关的基本训练,采用实际案例介绍和课堂讨论的方法论述项目计划与控制的思想和实际做法。

This course systematically introduces the fundamentals, the procedures and the methods of the project planning & controlling. This course mainly focuses on the introduction of the analytical methods and other tools for problems of project planning and controlling. Besides, it offers relevant basic training. In the end, it discusses the ideas for project planning and controlling, as well as the actual application by using case introduction and class discussion.

课程考核要求

1、根据教学内容,利用所掌握的理论知识去分析和解决实际问题。学生以小组自选题目,参加小组活动,根据每章节内容,完成相应的工作,每小组选派一名发言人,向全班同学汇报;教师对学生小组的工作和发言情况进行评定,按A、B、C、D的等级评成绩占总成绩的40%2、对基本概念、基本原理和基本方法进行期末闭卷考试,占总成绩40%3、课堂讨论发言、报告等占总成绩20%
