grjj:中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员,博士研究生导师,研究组长。2003年于中国科学院上海药物研究所获药理学博士学位,2006年曾赴澳大利亚Garvan医学研究所进行合作研究。2003年至今在上海药物研究所从事代谢性疾病创新药物发现与作用机制研究等工作。先后以第一作者或通讯作者署名发表学术论文于Diabetes、Chemical Science、Diabetologia、J BiolChem、J Med Chem、ChemBioChem等国际期刊36篇,其他署名发表学术论文98篇。申请国内外发明专利42项,已获授权发明专利18项。作为主要发明人参与研发的3个1.1类候选新药,1项获临床批文(2017L5250),均已转让国内药企进行共同开发。

主持国家自然科学基金委项目、科技部重大科学研究计划项目(课题)、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项、上海市科委基础重点项目等10余项,获上海市人才发展基金、科技启明星等人才基金3项。

kycg:1)阐明小檗碱降糖作用与线粒体电子呼吸链复合物1活性抑制相关,提出温和调控骨骼肌线粒体功能改善代谢性疾病的新靶向策略,论述线粒体生物合成是骨骼肌保持胰岛素敏感性的关键;
2)肝组织因高脂负荷所致线粒体功能紊乱是肝实质细胞损伤的重要原因,通过提高细胞自噬改善线粒体质量控制是对抗高脂负荷肝细胞损伤的潜在策略;
3)基于糖代谢关键调控环节,系统建立分子靶向筛选-细胞功能确证-动物药效评价的糖尿病创新药物发现与研究平台,成功研制3项1类糖尿病候选药物,并获1项临床批件(2017L5250)。
