grjj:中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、研究组长。1997年毕业于日本神户大学,获医学博士学位,2005年加入上海药物研究所。长期从事代谢内分泌病学研究,目前主要研究方向是代谢失调性疾病的新药发现与药理药效学研究,以及代谢失调性疾病发生发展分子机制和药物新靶标确认研究。带领团队围绕糖脂代谢建立了系列分子、细胞及动物体内抗肥胖、糖尿病、高脂血症、及高尿酸血症药物发现与药理药效学研究评价平台,发现了数个分别具有减肥、降糖、降脂和降低血尿酸水平、具有自主知识产权、且有良好开发前景的候选化合物,并对其中部分活性化合物进行了详细的药理药效学研究。主持国家“863”、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A类)、上海市生物医药重点科技攻关项目,参加“973”、上海市中西医结合临床重大项目等多项,目前已在Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Molecular Basis of Disease, Endocrine, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry 等杂志发表SCI论文八十余篇。申请专利36项, 其中24项获中国发明专利授权。
yjfx:主要研究方向为代谢失调性疾病的新药发现与药理药效学研究,以及代谢失调性疾病发生发展分子机制和药物新靶标确认研究。选择与代谢性疾病相关(肥胖、糖尿病、高脂、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝以及皮肤色素代谢失调)的G-蛋白偶联受体、酶分子作为药物筛选的主要靶点,建立细胞或分子水平的高通量筛选模型,通过筛选和评价,从中发现具有良好开发前景的药物先导化合物。围绕脂类吸收、转运、清除等生物学过程及其调控机制,从分子、细胞和在体层次探索脂毒性引起的胰岛功能损伤和脂质代谢紊乱在肥胖诱导的胰岛素抵抗中的分子机制及其药物干预手段。研究组与国内外多个研究机构、大学和企业紧密合作,共同开展代谢失调性疾病新药和发病机制研究,为药物研发提供平台和新的研究思路。
