高静，女，生于1978年，河北人，中共党员，上海对外经贸大学会展与旅游学院副教授。
先后获英语教育学士学位，人文地理学硕士学位，现在华东师范大学资源与环境学院攻读博士学位。
持专业英语八级证书、国家旅游局中级导游证书（英语），为上海市导游考试英文面试考官。2010年下半年赴英国中兰开夏大学旅游系访学。
有多年国内大型旅游企业发展咨询、兼职经历，2006年在上海市原南汇区经济委员会挂职锻炼，任副主任负责旅游工作。
科研方面主攻市场学、旅游服务学，在《商业经济与管理》、《人文地理》、《旅游学刊》、《旅游科学》等CSSCI期刊上发表论文多篇,部分论文已被人大复印资料全文转载。
作为主持人或主要完成人承担过项目有：安徽省马鞍山市花山区概念性规划、上海市教委“085工程”子课题“旅游服务贸易壁垒测量及经济效应”、上海市旅游局“上海旅游服务体系十二五专项规划”、上海市教委“上海市酒店业与会展业互动发展研究”、上海市旅游局“上海市旅游区（点）综合性发展调查”。

Associate Professor Gao Jing (08/1978-), graduated from Department of English Literature and Linguistic education, Hebei Normal University, getting Bachelor's degree in English Education in 2001, and earning Master's degree in Human Geography from Shanghai Normal University in 2004. Now, she is studying in the Department of City and Regional Economics in East Normal University as a PhD student.
Having been a faculty member of School of Tourism & Event Management, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics(SUIBE)since September 2004, she gives undergraduate courses on tourism service management and Introduction to Tourism Science.
