全华教授（1965.3－），2003年毕业于中国科学院研究生院，曾留学美国Oklahoma State University。
现任上海对外经贸大学会展与旅游学院院长、旅游管理专业教授、上海财经大学旅游学院旅游管理专业博士生导师，上海旅游发展研究中心专家委员会委员，湖南商会旅游分会顾问，国家水利部景区办评议专家，中国区域科学协会区域旅游开发专业委员会理事。1986 年开始从事旅游管理和旅游经济的教学与科研。近年来，先后参加或主持科研课题41项，其中国家级、省部级纵向科研课题14项，旅游规划横向课题27项。出版著作10部，在《地理学报》（SCI期刊源）、《地理科学》（SCI期刊源）、《生态学报》、《山地学报》（SCI期刊源）、《中国人口、资源与环境》、《经济地理》等刊物上发表旅游方面学术论文50余篇，其中一篇被收入《跨世纪的中国地理学》，三篇被人大报刊复印资料《旅游经济》全文转载。
为本科生开设了《旅游资源开发及管理》、《旅游地理》等课程。
为研究生开设《旅游规划理论与实务》、《生态旅游专题》、《旅游资源开发及管理》等课程。
为博士研究生开设《生态旅游研究》、《节事旅游专题》等课程。

Professor Quan, currently Dean of School of Tourism & Event Management, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics(SUIBE), is also a PhD supervisor in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a member of the Expert Committee of Shanghai Tourism Development Research Centre, an expert consultant with Hunan Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Branch, and a council member of Regional Tourism Professional Commission in the Regional Science Association of China, and an assessment expert with Scenic Spot Office under the Ministry of Water Resources of the People’s Republic of China.

Professor Quan graduated from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences and once studied in Oklahoma State University. He has been engaged in teaching and research work in tourism management and tourism economy since 1986.In recent years, Quan has completed a total of 41research projects,14 of which at the provincial level or above, 27 of which are planning projects. He has published more than 50 papers in many prestigious Journals, such as Acta Geographica Sinica, Scientia Geographica Sinica, Acta Ecologica Sinica, Journal of Mountain Research, China Population Resources and Environment, and Economic Geography, one of which is included in “Chinese Trancentury Geogrphy”, and three papers reprinted full-text in “Tourism Management” of Reprography Newspaper and JournalMaterial of Renmin University of China”.

Professor Quan teaches undergraduates, postgraduates and PhD candidates. Courses that he teaches include Tourism Resources Management and Development, Tourism Geography, Theories and Practices of Tourism Planning, and Ecotourism.
