黄郁成教授（1963.4－），1985年毕业于中山大学历史系，获历史学学士学位。
2006年至今在上海对外经贸大学会展与旅游学院（2008年前为国际商务外语学院）任教，为本科生开设了《旅游规划与开发》、《乡村旅游》、《中国近现代经济史》等课程。
1985年至2006年在江西大学历史系、南昌大学经济与管理学院任教，讲述过《旅游学概论》、《旅游规划与开发》、《乡村旅游》等本科生课程，并为研究生开设过《旅游企业经营管理》、《休闲学》等课程。其间曾经担任过旅行社总经理，具有一定的旅游行业从业经历。

Professor Huang is a consultant of decision-making in Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration and the deputy director of leisure and rural professional committee, International Leisure Industry Association. He was once awarded the honor of Young and Middle-aged Academic Leader of Colleges and Universities in Jiangxi Province as well as Backbone Teacher of Colleges and Universities in Jiangxi Province.
Professor Huang graduated from the Department of History, Zhong Shan University, with Bachelor’s degree in history in 1985. He completed the core graduate courses in Industrial Economics in 1997, acted as a manager of a travel agency from 1994 to 1996 before joining School of Tourism & Event Managementof SUIBE in 2006. Since then, he has been teaching undergraduate courses on tourism planning and development, rural tourism and economic history of modern China, and graduate courses on service management and urban development.
