论文论著
实验室长期从事哺乳动物卵子质量控制的分子机理研究,为解析卵子质量低下引起人类生育力和家畜繁殖力下降提供了重要的理论依据。主要学术成果包括:1)探明染色体黏合蛋白调控卵子成熟和染色体倍性的分子网络和信号通路;2)揭示受精的生物学基础和调控机制;3)解析卵子成熟与受精的环境影响因素。在Science Advances, Current Biology,Cell Reports, Nucleic Acids Research,PLoS Genetics 等国际权威学术期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,总引用超1800次。
人才培养方面,指导本科毕业实习18人,获得江苏省普通高校本科优秀毕业设计论文二等奖校级优秀毕业论文特等奖(2人次)。指导本实验室研究生获得‘第一届大北农杯全国农林院校研究生学术科技作品竞赛’特等奖‘第二届大北农杯全国农林院校研究生学术科技作品竞赛’一等奖2020年南京农业大学研究生学术科技作品竞赛一等奖南京农业大学瑞华杯最具影响力学生3人次,获得校优秀博士毕业论文1人次国家奖学金2人次校长奖学金5人次,学业一等奖学金31人次,以及各类企业奖学金。研究生每年参加国内外学术会议,做口头报告或墙报。本实验室完成毕设的本科生大多保研和出国深造,已毕业的4名博士生均获得优秀毕业生称号并在高校任职副教授(2人)和讲师(2人)。
