She is interested in the intersection between corporate organizations and society. One of her current research projects examines how the hierarchical and spatial structures of corporate organizations shape their environmental practices and performance. She holds a PhD in Sociology from Brown University where her dissertation research project was funded by the National Science Foundation and the Center for Engaged Scholarship. Prior to joining PolyU, she received postdoctoral training at Ivey Business School.
