Laurence Liauw is Director of SPADA and Spada Health Concepts. A Registered Architect in Hong Kong/UK, Member of HK Institute of Urban Design and ex-Investment Banker, he has over 20 years of strategic urban development, masterplanning, urban design and architecture experience having worked in the UK and Asia. Laurence’s expertise is in the area of healthy aging developments and design for seniors. His professional work projects spans across multi-generational communities, integrated healthcare developments, international CBDs, aviation cities, technology & educational campuses, museum cultural districts, and mixed use TOD developments. With over 16 years of academic experience, he is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Urban Design at The University of Hong Kong. Having lectured and been published internationally, Laurence has won various design awards, his works exhibited at the 2006 Venice Biennale and 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
