周立敏博士1993年獲瀋陽藥科大學藥學學士學位，1999年獲日本千葉大學製劑工學碩士學位，2008年獲香港中文大學藥劑學院生物藥劑學博士學位。周博士的研究領域主要是藥物緩、控釋製劑的研發、中藥活性成分的生物藥劑學及藥物代謝動力學研究以及中西藥的相互作用。2016年9月獲聘為持續及專業教育部一級講師，現從事中藥藥劑學、藥事管理學等相關學科的教學工作。
