1. Add/drop schedule

The course add/drop exercise for 2019-20, Term 1 will start from 10:00am on 2 September 2019 and end at 5:30pm on 16 September 2019. If you wish to amend your course selection for Term 1 of 2019-20, please login the MyCUHK Portal at http://portal.cuhk.edu.hk/ to select courses in CUSIS (Chinese University Student Information System).

For newly-admitted students, please be reminded that your Online Registration Account will expire shortly. Please login MyCUHK Portal using your Student ID and OnePass(CWEM) password. You may refer to http://www.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/general_announcements/ArrangementforCollectionofComputingAccountsInformation for the arrangement of collection of computing accounts information.

To check your tentative list of course enrolled, please go to ‘CUSIS and My Study’ > ‘Enroll’ > ‘My Class Schedule’. You may refer to the “Course Selection in CUSIS” section at http://www.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/page/CourseSelectioninCUSIS for details.

2. Add/drop courses outside prescribed study scheme

Students who wish to add/drop courses outside the prescribed study scheme should complete Form CS-1. Completed Form CS-1 together with approval from the teachers/divisions concerned must reach the Graduate School by 16 September 2019 the latest.

3. Course Register

Please note that Programmes may amend students’ course enrolment after add/drop period. You should check your Final Course Register for Term 1 after 5:30pm on 27 September 2019.
