1.导师基本情况
董吉林，男，1968年生，教授，博士，中国粮油学会食品分会理事。学习经历：2007/09-2010/06，华南农业大学，工程学院，博士；1999/09-2002/07，山西农业大学，硕士；1988/09-1992/07，太原工业大学，学士。工作经历：2006/07-至今，郑州轻工业学院，食品与生物工程学院；2002/09-2006/07，山西农业大学食品学院教师；1992/07-2002/09，山西建材机械厂，工程师。主要研究谷物食品加工特性和加工新技术；不同谷物组分在加工、贮藏过程中的变化、相互作用以及对食品的质构、品质和功能的影响。
