个人经历
中山大学生命科学学院教授，博士生导师，有害生物控制与资源利用国家重点实验室PI，2017年国家优秀青年基金获得者。长期从事功能基因组学研究，以文昌鱼、七鳃鳗和斑马鱼等水生动物为研究对象，开发算法工具与数学模型，分析动物基因组的序列多样性及其演化模式，探索免疫系统的功能演化，发掘新颖免疫机制，并研究免疫与消化、生长和代谢之间的关系。承担或参与国家自然科学基金项目3项、863课题1项、973课题2项、“蓝色粮仓”计划1项。至今发表SCI论文四十多篇。在Cell, Genome Research，Nature Communications，PNAS，Bioinformatics，Human Mutation，Free radical biology & medicine，Journal of Immunology和JBC等期刊上发表第一或通讯作者论文19篇。取得多项国内软件著作权和发明专利，发布多个算法软件和数学模型。相关成果曾获得中国免疫学会青年****奖、国家自然科学奖二等奖(第二完成人)、中国科协2016年度中国生命科学领域十大进展和中国药学会科学技术一等奖(第二完成人)等。
