? ? ? ?“中山大学**** – 领军人才”引进在中山大学旅游学院。在英国诺丁汉大学获得全额奖学金攻读旅游经济学方向博士学位后，曾先后在英国诺丁汉大学（任讲师），英国利兹贝克特大学（任副教授终身教职，博导）和英国萨里大学（任高级讲师终身教职，博导）从事教学和研究工作多年。曾主持英国科学院(British Academy)资助的两项科研项目；受国际会议专家联盟基金会委托，主持开展英国会议会展的经济影响研究，项目成果呈报英国国会并被包括英国泰晤士报和BBC等英国多家媒体报道；获得了英国国家级和英国校级的科学奖项，其中包括英国科学院颁发的掌握定量分析研究方法奖，以及英国利兹贝克特大学年度科研学术成果突出贡献奖（该校每年设一名获奖名额）。

Before joining Sun Yat-Sen University, ShiNa worked as Senior Lecturer at University of Surrey, UK; Reader at Leeds Beckett University UK; and University Teacher at University of Nottingham, UK. She has obtained her PhD from University of Nottingham, UK awarded by the University full PhD scholarship. Her current research interests lie in tourism economics, sustainable development, poverty reduction and tourism, tourist behavior, events studies, and using Electroencephalography (EEG) and electrodermal analysis (EDA) in tourism and hospitality research.

Impacts of this project nationally and internationally: The results of this project have been well disseminated in the national and local press including BBC, the Times and about 100 pieces of different media coverage. The findings have been submitted to the British House of Lords. The media revealed that the UK Prime Minister has pledged support for the event industry because of its important economic contribution, i.e. ￡58.4bn to the UK economy. The cited figure was generated from this project.

在英国工作期间，指导其中一名博士生获得利兹贝克特大学节事、旅游与酒店管理学院颁发的全额博士奖学金（全学院仅两个名额的全奖），指导的另一名与罗马尼亚联合培养的博士生毕业成绩获得优秀（学院前10%）。在中山大学工作期间，带领硕士生和博士生在SSCI 一区期刊发表文章；指导一名博士生申报项目《公益广告对游客文明行为的心理影响机制研究 – 基于眼动和脑电技术的运用》，入选2019年文化和旅游部“专业研究生重点研究扶持项目”；指导另一名直博生入选2020年创新型人才国际合作培养项目并获得国家留学基金委资助，该生将访问旅游专业全球排名第三的澳大利亚格里菲斯大学开展一年的联合培养项目。
