蒋璇,现任中山大学医学院副教授,硕士研究生导师。2001-2005年就读于南京大学生命科学学院获得学士学位,2012年于南京大学模式动物研究所获得博士学位。2012-2018年在加州大学旧金山分校心脑血管疾病研究所从事博士后工作,2018-2019年在加州大学旧金山分校心脑血管疾病研究所任职研究专员,以小鼠为动物模型从事microRNA通路在血管新生相关疾病以及造血干细胞发育中的作用以及机理的研究,在Nature communications、?Sci. Signal、Journal of bone and mineral research等学术期刊发表论文11篇,累积被引用次数853次。2019年获聘中山大学“****”引进人才,医学院“血管新生和造血干细胞分化”课题组负责人?(PI)。
主要研究成果
1.发现遗传性毛细血管扩张疾病(hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, HHT)的新的致病基因Drosha,并建立了动物模型,为HHT疾病的诊断提供新的基础。
2.发现Drosha在造血干细胞发育中通过下调白三烯(leukotriene)从而抑制Itgα4表达,促进造血干细胞动员入血液从而迁移到胚胎肝脏的重要功能,首次揭示micoRNA信号通路在造血干细胞动员这一过程中不可缺少的作用。
